Dr. Joe Arthur
Pastor of HBT | President of HIM
Pastor Arthur has been the pastor of HBT since October of 1984. He took over the church, with 35 people on his first Sunday. Under his leadership, God has greatly blessed HBT and it’s ministries. Brother Arthur also preaches every week in revivals, conferences, and camp meetings across America.
